TensionLab operates exclusively on an appointment basis. We kindly ask that you contact us before bringing in your badminton racket.

You should consider restring your badminton racket when you feel that the strings have lost their tension or if you find yourself requiring more power than necessary hit the shuttlecock over to the other side of the badminton court.
4 / How often should I restring my badminton racket?
It is advisable to re-string your badminton racket based on your weekly playing frequency. A general rule of thumb is to re-string your badminton racket at least twice a year if you play two days each week.
5 / What custom tension should I use for my badminton racket?
The tension on your badminton racket depends on what type of player you are: a beginner, an intermediate, or a professional. If you don't know what tension you should be using, feel free to ask your stringer - us! <CLICK HERE!> It's FREE anyway! ;)
6 / I have my own string, can I use that?
In most cases, yes, you can. Please let us know when scheduling a restringing session.
7 / How long does it take to restring my badminton racket?
Depending on the backlog, our promised turnaround time is 2-3 days. We will let you know if any changes occur.
